Borrowing & Circulation
Library Borrowing Privileges
To check out materials from the library, you must present a photo ID at the Circulation Desk. Non-students (Patrons) can borrow items by becoming patrons of the library. This process requires proof of Clatsop county residence or residence in Pacific or Wahkiakum counties in Washington. A patron membership costs $5 for three months or $20 per year. The library reserves the right to require photographic identification such as a Washington or Oregon Driver's license or ID card that shows a local residence.
